Field Day!

What would kindergarten be without Field Day?  What I remember most about Field Day was having to play kickball which I really hated, having a frisbee-throwing contest which I miserably failed in, and generally sweating in the heat while always being picked last for whatever team was being chosen.

Times have certainly changed, thank goodness, since then – as kindergarten field days nowadays seem to consist of fun carnival-type games involving sack races and hula hoops, face painting, snacks, and free play on the playground equipment.

Here are some pictures from William’s Field Day on Tuesday. We had beautiful weather!

If you are a kindergarten parent and wish to see the online gallery with all the children’s pictures, check your take-home folder today for the gallery code.
